"Custom" means that your hair replacement system is suitable for your needs. The shape and size of your new unit will match your unique bald pattern. It will be color matched, cropped and styled to blend naturally with your own growing hair.

There are two ways to help:
1. Send back a mold and a sample of your own hair (to match color and curl, etc.
2. Send back the old equipment you wear for reference. So we can make a perfect copy.

How long will my new hair systems last?

The basic material plays an important role in determining the life of the new hair systems. Different bases have different durability. If you want the hair systems to last longer, you may have to compromise the natural nature of the system. To be honest, the more natural the hair replacement system looks, the less durable it will be.

The following is the service life of basic materials of common hair systems for reference:

* 0.03mm ultra-thin skin hair systems can be used for 1 to 2 months
* 0.04-0.06mm thin skin hair systems can be used for 2 to 3 months
* 0.07-0.12 mm poly skin hair systems can be used for 4 to 6 months
* 0.12-0.15mm thick skin hair systems can be used for about 6 months
* Swiss lace hair systems can be used for about 2 months
* French lace hair systems can be used for about 3 months
* Mono hair systems can be used for more than 6 months

Skin hair systemss has the most natural hairline. The hair on the base is v-looped, so it is knot free, keeps the most authentic appearance, and is easy to clean and attach. It can be worn and cleaned at home. Because it is very thin, it has low density of bearing hair, so it is very light.

Lace hair systemss is the most comfortable. It's soft and breathable. It's suitable for hot weather or work with a lot of
exercise. It won't hurt your skin on the top of your head. The bleached knot is used at the front of the base to keep your real hairline.

Mono hair systemss is the most durable. It is breathable and strong. It can carry a large density of hair, so it is relatively heavy. It is usually combined with a large area of NPU to ensure that it adheres firmly and has a front hairline that cannot be explored.

Hair Care

1.Add mild shampoo to cold water, don't use hot water. Rinse with the water going from bottom to top
2. Don't comb the hair when it is wet.
3. Use a good leave-in conditioner to condition hair regularly
4. Do not use any hot styling tools
5. Roll your unit in a towel to absorb out most of the water and dry naturally.Do not expose to sun.
6. Don't hesitate to remove very frequently to remain clean.

7.Our wigs can be cut,trimmed and styled as desired. Please note that wigs should not be brushed while wet. 8.Not to spray gel water and wax on the wig,which will cause the wig oily.

9. If hair knotted after long use,use non-oily maintenance fluid of wig. 10. Remember to wash the wig termly(usually wash once in one or two months). 11. After washing,best let it dry naturally or use a towel to help dry. 12 After washing,don't comb the hairs before it dry.

Keep in mind that spending all your time in cooler weather or avoiding exercising doesn’t mean you never need to wash your toupee.Scalp oils will still gradually spread to your toupee. External factors can also have a considerable impact on your toupee.Smoke from cigarettes, pipes, or fireplaces can cling to your toupee as can other environmental contaminants like pollution.

2.Wash
When you shampoo your toupee, it is important to make sure you use the right maintenance products. Hair care products for toupees and wigs are made to either work on synthetic fibres or human hair. Check the label and purchase the right type for your toupee.

People often assume regular shampoos will be perfect for human hair toupees. That’s a mistake. In addition to the hair, itself,you are also cleaning the cap that forms the foundation of your toupee. That is one reason why it is so important to use shampoo that has been specially formulated for wigs and toupees. The hair in your toupee doesn’t grow back so that makes it vital to gently care for your toupee so it will continue to look fabulous for many years to come. To you wash your toupee, start by rinsing it with clean cool water. Carefully apply the wig shampoo and gently work it through the hair and cap. Rinse your toupee clean. Avoid tugging on the hairs or wringing out the toupee.

3.Condition
Protect your toupee by applying conditioner after you rinse out the shampoo. Be sure to use conditioner that is designed for your type of toupee. The conditioner helps to keep hair looking good so that it doesn’t fade or start looking dingy.

4.Leave-In

Adding a leave-in conditioner or fibre oil can reduce the amount of static electricity your toupee is likely to accumulate. It also helps to protect hairs from exposure to pollutants. A leave-in treatment is particularly important for toupees made with synthetic hair. Those synthetic fibres are more likely to attract static electricity.

5.Shape
After cleaning your toupee, it is important to put it on a wig stand where it can dry. Place the toupee on the stand and gently shape the hairs into your preferred style. Avoid combing or brushing the wet hair. Simply finger style the hair into place and leave the toupee on the stand to dry. The open framework provided by a wig stand holds the toupee in the correct shape while allowing good air flow from above and below the toupee to allow it to dry more quickly.
