I'm Elise - a hair wholesaler from Apohair company. We come from Vietnam and have more than 25 years experience in manufacturing and supplying high quality hair extensions at the wholesale price worldwide.

1. How to place an order?
Tell me about the hair you need first, then I can calculate with total amount for you. Then pls tell me your order for exactly, and then send me your information: Name, address, phone number then I can make an invoice for you. After you make payment we will start to do hair for you, and after 5-6 days I will ship hair to your address.
2. What is the shipping cost?
We do offer expedited shipping at the cost of customers' expense and estimated delivery costs/time vary depending on which kind of service is chosen, weight of package, and delivery destination. I will ship to you by DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS.
3. How to pay for my order?
Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by Western Union, Money Gram, transfer (T/T),or Paypal, a +4% extra charge will be applied to your order price if you choose Paypal. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
4. What are the differences among 4 types of hair standards you supply?
We provide our hair products in four main hair standards: single drawn quality type 1(VS1), single drawn quality type 2(VS2), double drawn quality type 1(VD1), and double drawn quality type 2(VD2). Single drawn type 1 has thin end because the amount of short hair mixed inside is the most but double drawn type 2 has very thick end almost same length.
5. Is there a minimum order quantity?
You can purchase any quantity you like. The more you buy, the more discounts you get.
6. If I am not satisfied with the hair, what is your policy?
If you feel your product is unsatisfactory and would like a refund or an exchange, you must return it to us within 02 days since the days you receive it according to shipping agency track. Postage must be covered by the sender and it's the responsibility to ensure that their return postage is appropriately covered.
In case you want return the product, we will refund product price and shipping fee back after 2 working days we receive the right product.
Pls notice that before shipping, we always take pictures and videos of the hair and send to customers. To avoid any dispute, please check pictures and videos with sales that you spoke to.
