1.     What is Hair Quality?

Remy Hair Extensions is probably the most misunderstood and overused phrase in our industry. Long ago, the definition of Remy hair was used to describe human hair that was the highest grade of virgin hair with an intact cuticle. Remy hair was also required to be mono-directional. Maintaining hair direction is very difficult, since a majority of the raw material (recently cut human hair) is gathered at temples and not from a controlled environment like a lab or hair salon.

2.      Is there a minimum order quantity?

No there isn't any minimum order quantity needed. You can buy one bundle, a hundred bundles or more. The more you buy, the more discounts you get.

3.     How to pay for my order?

Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by transfer (T/T),or PayPal, a +7% extra charge will be applied to your order price if you choose PayPal. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4.     I noticed that some of the bundles have a slight lighter hair color than other bundles I have ordered previously. I also discovered a few grey hairs present, is this normal?

absolutely. This is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% pure Virgin hair is untreated hair. It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few gray strands here or there. At no time will virgin hair bundles ever look the same because all hair is not donated by the same person. What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.

5.       How many bundles for a full head? 
Generally for 12"-14": 2 bundles, 16"-20": 3 bundles, 22"-28": 4 bundles or more.  

6.       Will the hair shedding or tangling? 
All our hair is double wefted weaving with no shedding and no tangling. It could last more than two years if taken good care.

7.       It the hair virgin unprocessed? 
Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed. 

8.       Why my hair get tangle?
Hair getting tangle because it is too dry. Wash it with conditioner and it would become better. 

9.   Could the hair be dyed and iron-flat? 
For virgin hair, it could be dyed and iron-flat. Please don’t exceed 150C for iron flat, else the hair will be destroyed. The hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat. 

10.   What is the difference between Double Drawn and Single Drawn Hair?

Single drawn simply refer to when the single strands in the hair have different lengths similar to our natural hair. These are less expensive type of hair. As with double drawn, all the individual hair strands are of equal lengths.  In this case, all the hair has been sorted into equal lengths before being bonded together. Double drawn is the most expensive and is much thicker when compared to the single drawn.

11.   How long would delivery take and do you have an idea of how much it would cost? 
For stock items we would ship out goods within 24 hours by DHL Express service once we receiving your payment. And for customized items, the lead time will be 1~3 weeks plus 3-5 days for shipping period.  

12.   What kinds of hair care products I should use? 
Treat the hair just as it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner regularly. Leave the hair getting dry naturally, do not use hair dryer too much. You could also use gel or hair spray to keep its wavy. 

13.  What is your return and exchange policy? 

All returns and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. All the products should be in the original packaging with all labels attached. Used or unraveled products could not be returned or exchanged.
