Q1: Is it virgin hair?

A: Yes, they are 100% virgin human hair.

Q2: Is the hair cuticle aligned?

A: Yes! It is full cuticle aligned hair without any chemical. It is 100% orignal raw unprocessed virgin human hair.

Q3: Can I dye/color the hair?                                                   

A: Yes. The virgin hair can be colored. We recommend professional hair stylist to make dye your hair. If you can't get to a salon, please always use a good quality products and test a small sample first. 

Q4: How to differentiates human hair with synthetic hair?

A: Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell : human  hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.

Q5: How to care for the hair?  

A: Improper wash or process probably make the hair dry, easy to fall down or tangle. How you care for your extension will be the ultimate determining factor. Please refer to local professional hairdresser for professional tip.

1) Wash it by the most mild shampoo or one specially formulated for chemically treated hair, and clean in warm water as well. Please use the shampoo recommended by local professional hairdresser.

2) Comb with a WIRE brush after dry. 

3) Comb the wet hair gently by a large toothed comb and drying naturally is best. 

4)  Please straighten hair if hair is straight when it is wet; please gel hair if it is wavy. 

5) You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent, and remember to use the nutrition water. 

6) Don't blow hair root too nearly by dryer; don`t grasp hair root when washing.

7) Don't cover hair productions under the sun in a long time. 

Q6: How long does it last?
A: This hair can last for very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it in order to use longer. If you buy 100% virgin hair and take good care of the hair, it can last for over 2 year.

Q9: What is the Minimum Order Quantity? 

A: The MOQ is 3 pcs but you will get more discount if it is a bigger quantities.

Q10: How many pieces hair for one head?

A: Normally 3 Bundless are enough for a full head, at most 4 Bundles. You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over 18" you might need another pack.If you are getting fusion or micro then you will need to consult your stylist.

Q11: Can I go swimming?
A: You may go in swimming pools and hot tubs. It is best to wash hair right after swimming. Avoid getting hair in salt water as the salt can take all the moisture out of the hair and it will lead to tangling of the hair. Never braid your hair and go in salt water. It is best to wear it down. Add a spray in conditioner after swimming.
