own hair business. Drop shipping service is available so that you don’t have to worry about inventory pressure. Neutral packages are available and personalized packages and labels can be customized according to your requirements.

2. Do you offer free samples? How does it work?
We offer small BUNDLE samples (around 20g) for free if you pay for shipping. Please contact our sales rep. for further queries.
3. How long does it take for goods to ship?
In-stock goods will be shipped out within 24 working hours after full payment confirmed.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through Paypal, credit/debit card, T/T, western union, MoneyGram, online bank payment, online transfer,etc.
5. How to tell human hair from synthetic hair?
The simplest way is to tell by burning and smell: Human hair has natural protein. When burnt, human hair has white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it will turns into ash. While synthetic hair will smell like plastic and be sticky after melting.
6. How long does the hair last?
With proper care, virgin unprocessed hair can be used for at least one year.
7. Can the hair be bleached/dyed?
Virgin remy hair can be bleached and dyed. While we do not suggest you to apply too much heat or chemical process like bleaching, dying which will shorten its lifespan.
8. Can I iron-flat or perm the hair?
Yes. Please refer to Point (7).
9. How many bundles do I need for one head?
For your reference:
8”-14”:2~3 bundles
16”-22”:3~4 bundles
Above 24”: 4~5 bundles or more to achieve fuller looks.
10. Do I need to pay customs tax?
The prices as quoted are only for the goods itself, not including any taxes, VAT, or any other charges.
In some countries, you may need to pay taxes or duties for imported goods under certain categories. The customs policies and regulations vary in different countries or regions.
