1. Can I bleach the dark hair? Black to platinum? Can it be lifted to 613 and remain its integrity?
A: Normally remy hair can be dyed to dark brown colors and it also depends on your technology. We also have a type called virgin hair from one girl which is very special for dyeing and bleaching.
2. Tell me more details about tape hair?
A: The tape size is 0.8x4cm, and its weight 2.5 grams/pc. We can do longer tape hair if you want, for example 0.8cm x 8cm
For 0.8x4cm:
16" and shorter: 60 pieces of tape per 100 gram. 18” to 26”: 40 pieces of tape per 100 gram. 28" and longer: 36 pieces of tape per 100 gram.
3. What's the size you have?
A: We have 6-32 inches, sometime we also have 34-40 inches but limited quantity?
4. Do you offer single donor hair or multiple donor?
A: We offer both of them which are virgin hair from one donor and remy hair.
5. How do you preserve the cuticles?
A: We just wash the hair carefully with shampoo which is extracted from natural ingredients. We don't use any chemicals to process the hair.
6. Can you create new curl patterns based of images I show you.
A: Currently we just can produce which ones we have. But we always test making other new patterns to launch it to the market as soon as possible.
7. Is your hair treated with chemicals, acids or silicones?
A: No dear, we never use chemicals or acids on the hair.
8. How long will hair last?
A: At least 1 year, if you take care of it carefully you can use it longer.
9. Can I replace tape (for Tape hair) if I want?
A: Yes, of course, we also sell tape roll and remover tape also, if you need it.
10. How take care curly, deep wavy?
A: You should comb curly and deep wavy black and brown when hair is wet, not comb when hair is dry. Hair is easy tangle when hair is dry.
