Q1: What is our hair's quality?
A: All our hair is completely unprocessed human hair. All intact to quality as Vietnamese hair must be all of the factor bellow:
- 100% human hair, pure clean material, no mixed synthetic hair
- Not been dyed, bleached, chemically processed in any way
- All the cuticles are intact, running in the same direction
- No tangle forever
- Long last hair

Q2: How many hair do I need for one head?
A: Normally, one bundle weights about 100 grams. Therefore, 3 bundles are enough for a head usually. But if you buy the long hair from 22 inches or more, we recommend 4 bundles, because the shorter bundle is thicker than long one.
Q3: How can I count the shipping cost?
A: The shipping cost depend on your weight of package and delivery destination. Please contact with our staff to check it correctly.
Normally, we will use UPS for shipping. Depend on your requirement, we can use DHL, Fedex or EMS.
Q4: What is minimum order?
A: We will send out order at least 2 bundles. Let think carefully because 3 bundles will be enough for one head.
