2. Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 0.3 kg products. More you buy, cheaper price you get.
3. Where is the product shippted from? What is the cost of shipping?
All our products are shipped from Vietnam. We ship orders using DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex …. We do offer expedited shipping at the cost of customers’ expense and estimated delivery costs/time vary depending on which kind of service is chosen, weight of package, and delivery destination.
4. Do you have a color chart?

5. What are the grades of hair? Do you have 9a/10a/8a/..grade?
Actually, grade is the way that Chinese value their hair. We sell Vietnamese hair so we just have single, double and super double drawn hair and all of them are best quality.
6. Is this 100% no mixed donors no fillers synthetic fibers animal hairs?
Sure, that It’s 100% human hair like our natural hair.
7. How are the cuticles of the hair?
The hair still keeps all cuticles so it’s strong and not easy to be damaged. We just wash the hair carefully with shampoo which is extracted from natural ingredients. We don’t use any noxious chemicals to process the hair so if you want to change other hairdos, you completely style as you like.
8. How do you source and collect your hair?
Our material hair is collected from healthy donors. Most of them use the components from nature like herbs instead of using chemicals for their natural hair. So we can guarantee the quality of our hair extensions.
